HS Athlete Training

With our HS Athlete Training program, you will get every aspect needed to become the best athlete you can while enhancing your sport specific technique at the same time.

Our class structure is set up to enable our athletes access to the most amount of sessions possible on a daily basis. At this age group, there are four days of strength training, five days of speed training, and two days of sport specific training offered per week. With the amount of classes available, you can now choose the days/times that work best with your schedule.

That means you can cover everything needed to become the best overall athlete possible. In our opinion, doing just one is focusing too narrow and not developing all aspects in order to achieve maximum results.

With professional instruction for almost every sport, you have the ability to work on the technical aspects for all positions at Baseball, Basketball, Football, Lacrosse, Soccer, Softball, and Volleyball.

Y1 and Y2 Athlete Training

Our Youth Athlete packages follow suit with our High School Athlete package. The age groups this training is designed for are as follows: Y1- Ages 7-10 and  Y2- Ages 11-14. Based on the development of the individual at this age, the strength component is minimized and only introduced to those who are ready for it.

Other then that, our Youth athletes are put through the same process as our High School athletes. Their training will give them the opportunity to develop with the proper foundation for future development by offering five days of sports performance training and two days of sport specific training per week. With the amount of classes available, you can now choose the days/times that work best with your schedule.
