FOOTBALL SUMMER performance Training

Now that spring sports are coming to an end, look to get the football preparation you need just before the fall season. Overtime is offering an 8-week football and sports performance training special just for Wayne residents. Your youth athlete will receive Sports Performance instruction by Overtime’s professional certified trainers, and the football specific instruction will be performed by Wayne high school football coaches.

Athletes will receive training in the 3 areas that matter most on the football field; Strength, speed, and technical skill training for every position:
– Offensive and Defensive Line
– Defensive backs
– Linebackers
– Running Backs
– Quarterbacks
– Wide Receiver

AGES: 6th, 7th, 8th grade (Based on a September 2017 school year calendar)

DATES: June 5, 2017 – July 25, 2016

SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Monday – Tuesday:    5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

FOOTBALL TRAINING
Mondays & Wednesdays:
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM


OT H.S. Soccer Preseason Bootcamp

This bootcamp  is designed to help prepare all players for their grueling preseason schedule. This camp will focus on building up player’s strength, speed, and agility while also fine tuning various technical aspects of their game. Coaches will focus on the areas of finishing, dribbling, defending, and passing / receiving to help insure each player is sharp and ready to compete at their various preseasons.

Campers need to bring :
– Turfs or cleats
– Shin guards
– Indoor soccer shoes/running shoes
– Plenty of water and gatorade
– Snack

Girls:
Date:  August 7th -10th Monday-Thursday – 4 days
Time: 1:00 pm-4:00 pm  (Girls)
Ages:  14-18  (40 player max limit)
Broken into 3/4 groups depending on numbers and skill levels.

 

Boys:
Date:  August 7th -10th Monday-Thursday – 4 days
Time: 4:00 pm-7:00 pm
Ages:  14-18  (40 player max limit)
Broken into 3/4 groups depending on numbers and skill levels.


COLLEGE PREP MINI CAMP

OT Soccer College Prep Mini Camp is a high intense program designed to help prepare elite college athletes for their grueling preseason schedule. This camp will focus on building up player’s strength , speed, and agility while also fine tuning various technical aspects of their game.  Coaches will focus on the areas of finishing, dribbling, defending, and passing/ receiving to help insure each player is sharp and ready to compete at their various preseasons.

Campers need to bring:

Men
Date:     July 10th-26th Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday – 3 days- 2.5 hours a day (3 weeks)
Time:     12pm-2:30pm (Men) 2:30pm-5pm (Women)
Ages:     18 and up – Men and Women (30 player max limit for each group)

Women
Date:     July 10th-26th Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday – 3 days- 2.5 hours a day (3 weeks)
Time:     12pm-2:30pm (Men) 2:30pm-5pm (Women)
Ages:     18 and up – Men and Women (30 player max limit for each group)


Youth Lacrosse In-season Tune-up

If your child is new to the sport of lacrosse, this is the perfect class for them. Our lacrosse in-season tune-up clinic will help those learn additional basic fundamentals needed so that they can concentrate on plays, alignment and learning their positions when practicing with their team.

This is a six week, once a day program.
