SUMMER SPORT CAMPS

Overtime Sports takes pride in providing the ultimate athletic experience at our summer sports camp. It is our mission to create a fun, memorable, and rewarding camp experience while learning the fundamental skills of sports. Our prestigious coaches challenge the athletes to reach their utmost potential through individualized and group instruction. We emphasize the importance of team work and fair play while encouraging leadership abilities. Our summer sports camp is an invaluable opportunity for the young athlete to develop skills, sportsmanship, courage, and inner core values in a supportive and friendly environment. Overtime Sports looks forward to enhancing the lives of our future sports stars!

Registration:

• Full Payment due upon registration. Please note that there are NO refunds. Credit to use towards any OT programs will be given .
• All costs for camp activities are included in the registration fee unless otherwise specified. Campers bring their own lunches and snacks.

TIMES: 9:00am – 1:00pm (note additional times for some sports)

LACROSSE:

Stay sharp during the summer! Our lacrosse specific summer camp will provide the player with the opportunity to improve their skills in all areas to become a better and advanced player, focusing on…
• Improving cradling and passing skills, scooping up ground balls, and shooting with greater accuracy and strength.
• Developing one on one offensive skills, such as dodges, ISO’s, and face-offs.
• Effectively executing defensive checks and agility.
• Learning offensive and defensive strategies and positioning of the game while playing a two man and a three man game.

SOCCER:
Youth Soccer

Stay sharp during the summer! Our soccer specific summer camp is designed for players looking to improve their skills in all areas and advance to the next level of soccer. Player development is reinforced through a curriculum of skill work and fun engaging games to create proper balance of discipline and enjoyment for the game of soccer.

High School Soccer

This year we are offering a more advanced camp held for the high school age group. This is packed with the perfect mix of skills and technical training and is the exactly what they will need just before report to their respected high school for the season.

VOLLEYBALL:

Stay sharp during the summer! Our volleyball specific summer camp will provide the player with the opportunity to improve their skills in all areas to become a better and advanced player, focusing on passing, serving, hitting, defense, jumping, agility, and conditioning.

AGES: 8 – 13 years old

BASKETBALL:

Our basketball specific camp will focus on ball handling, the art of scoring, passing, rebounding, defense, basketball IQ, and speed & agility.

YOUTH FOOTBALL:

Our football specific camp will focus on all aspects of the sport from skills a drills perspective. Every camper will be exposed to the nuances of all defensive and offensive positions. Our skills and drill periods are followed up with football related games and competitions.
