SUMMER SKILL ENHANCEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM

Overtime Basketball Skill Enhancement Training Program will change the way each and every basketball player performs. From the elite high school player to the veteran pro player, all athletes will develop a skills and development regimen to enhance their basketball career. The elite instruction in this comprehensive skill enhancement program will change and shape each player's approach to the game while maximizing individual player potential. Through the training technique of controlled play, OT Basketball offers a rigorous and intense combination of basketball training, skill enhancement training, strength training, corrective movement-based performance training, and in-game IQ and skill development. Trainer Tarik Robinson, a creditable basketball trainer who has worked with hundreds of college players, high school players, and pros, will help take each player's game to the next level. GRIND SESSION SWEATSHOP

Grind Session Sweatshop will provide the player with the opportunity to improve their skills in all areas to become a better and advanced player, focusing on better ball handling, art of scoring, passing, rebounding, defense, basketball IQ, and speed & agility.

Schedule:

Tuesdays: 6 – 7:00pm (ages 7-10)


ELITE GUARD CLINIC

EGC is a clinic for the player who needs to sharpen up his or her guard skills. EGC will focus on playmaking ability, passing, decision making skills, ball handling, 1 on 1 moves, shooting, defending, and rebounding.

Schedule: Fridays @ 5 – 6:00pm.


HIGH SCHOOL TUNE UP

Stay sharp during the season! Each session will be 1 1/2 hours of drills designed to get you playing at a high tempo to ensure your skills and fundamentals stay on point throughout the season. This will include stations/drills that will focus on ball-handling, passing, shooting, defensive training, and one-on-one training.

Schedule: Tuesdays @ 7:30-8:30pm


PRIVATE LESSONS

Our private basketball lessons allow the athlete to work on the specific part of the game that they feel they need to improve on. These lessons are either ½ hour or 1 hour in duration.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Come train in a small group setting. 2-4 Athletes.

   • 1 Session

   • Package of 5 Sessions


TEAM TRAINING

Team training is available for teams of 8 or more. Coming to train as a team is extremely beneficial for the player’s growth, as it will allow trainers to focus on team tactics and strategies. This will help improve player’s understandings of specific positions

   • Minimum of 8 athletes
