Fitness is a passion for the trainers at Overtime Sports and it's infectious. They are geniuses when it comes to achieving your overall fitness goals and the keep up with the latest in physio and nutritional research. They know the difference between myth and science. With this, they utilize their knowledge to craft effective programs that kick your butt (while still having fun) and ensure you will leave feeling accomplished and proud of yourself. Their workouts wake up muscles you never thought existed. Pounds will fly off your body like nothing you have ever experience before. But even with losing weight, you'll have gained strength and agility like never before.
The facility is awesome and the staff very gracious, friendly, and most helpful. The other members at Overtime Sports understand that we are all there to achieve the same goal; being committed to be fit. There are no "meat heads" or show offs. The members of the OT fit classes are now considered friends. The atmosphere is most inviting and bleeds out fitness. I only wish I found this place sooner.

Overtime Sports facility offers the smartest and most effective fit program within the tri-state area. I've attempted every form of physical fitness -- traditional gyms, spin classes, yoga, dance-based classes, aerobics, private training and the like -- so it is with confidence and gratitude that I declare OT's Fit Training an absolute miracle.
Each class is one-hour of small group training with knowledgeable, professional trainers who tailor each session for beginners, intermediates and the advanced. From pushing prowlers to running with sandbags, squats to heavy lifting and even kickboxing, these classes combine a balanced blend of cardio, strength training and flexibility. To say I've never been stronger or fitter is an understatement -- I'm down two pant sizes and am looking forward to seeing how much more progress I can accomplish.
Outside of the gym, our program director organizes group trips to the Spartan Race (an international organization that hosts obstacle courses). This is a great way to build gym camaraderie while allowing us to realize how effective our training really is. For example, I participated in my first race (something I never thought I could/would do) and finished in the top 20%.
In addition to smart workouts, each "fitter" is offered a one-on-one with the program director to create and implement a healthy lifestyle.
Thanks to the Overtime Sports team, my life has changed for the better.
I have been working out in some form or fashion for over 30 and except for the occasional foray into a new TV gimmick workout (Insanity), I've pretty much been doing the same workout for that entire length of time. And the focus and intensity I gave to my workouts varied greatly depending on how overweight I was and how I felt about myself.
Then I turned 40 and began to believe that being 20-30lbs overweight was simply a factor of being old and there was nothing I could do about it. But after my wife took an OT Fit class and challenged me to try because she was sure I "would die", I decided to give it a go.
It had an instant impact on me. Chris Obertlik and all of the OT Fit trainers and staff are excellent at subtly motivating me to push myself past any preconceived limits I had set for myself. I truly can't believe some of the things I have been able to accomplish. I no longer believe that being over 40 means being out of shape and overweight. I am quite literally in the best shape I have been in in 10 years and close to my most fit ever and I am no longer bored and uninspired in my workouts. And the sense of community OT Sports has created makes it fun to work out and interact with others who have the same goals and intensity as I have developed. Next month I will participate in the City Challenge obstacle race with the OT team. I would have never even considered this in the past. I'll be in the over 40 age group but I don't feel that old. I feel renewed in my excitement to be healthy and fit. Thank you OT and the OT trainers for helping me realize the value and excitement of training and being fit once again. I look forward to many more sessions that end with me saying "man that was really hard".
My name is Heather..I am a 40 year old mother of three small children who has been diagnosed with Adult Cystic Fibrosis a chronic lung disease.
Exercise is a key component in maintaining my physical well being. For years I have bounced from gym to gym trying to navigate a quality atmosphere, yet always came away unfulfilled. It was not until I found my extended family at Overtime Sports Facility that I maximized my full potential both physically and mentally.
The staff at Overtime Sports are second to none in providing a harmonized balance between my fitness goals and the rigors of life. They offer great schedules and most importantly specific goal-oriented workout regiments.
My goal is to keep my lungs pumping hard (as per Doctors orders) and with the help of the very qualified trainers I am doing that everyday and feeling great! The trainers also give me that extra push that I often need. I am living proof that when you train with people who care about you and strive to make you the best..then failure is never an option.
Thank you Overtime Sports from my family to yours.

Throughout the years, I have gone to so many gyms and taken a variety of toning classes, spin classes, etc. From my experience going to a regular gym, you simply get a membership and you're on your own! I've found myself getting frustrated, not going the next day, and letting go of my "diet"! Yes, I used to call them diets! Then one day I went to a fundraiser and won a free membership to Overtime Sports for OT Fit Training. I was as happy as if I won the lottery! So I made a "lifestyle" change, became part of OT, and we became family! There is a positive energy and motivation in this facility that I have never seen in any other gym I've worked out in! Our workouts are different every day which always keeps it interesting and stimulating. I never ran in my life and now I can do easily 3-4 miles! I'm 46 years old, not looking to be a poster model, but after 2 knee surgeries, gaining a total of 42 pounds, and not being able to run, walk or wear my heels, I was very depressed. I can say that after joining OT, I have kept my weight off and my strength and endurance is better than ever! I can actually say I finished my first Spartan Race and it's a great feeling to come in 2nd place in my age group! Overtime Sports is my family and there is no other place I would rather be!
