OT FIT

In these classes, we don't just "pick things up and put them down" like you would do at any ordinary gym. We push, pull, drag, climb, carry and throw you into the best shape of your life! Our fully equipped facility allows us to offer a combination of different cardio and strength training techniques that give you a total body workout and fantastic results. These classes will prepare you for any obstacle race and get you into the best shape of your life!

• Ages 18 and up

AEROBIC FIT **NEW**

These classes are designed to sculpt your body without lifting heavy weights. We focus on using your own body weight, resistance bands, and boxing to give you a lean and healthy body. These classes will make you sweat and have fun at the same time. Most classes will be held in our private fitness classroom.

• Unlimited Coed Aerobic Fit classes

• 1 month, 3 month, 6 month, and 1 year packages available. Spouse discounts available.

• Ages 18 and up

TOTAL FIT **NEW**

Get the best of both worlds. This option allows you to attend any of our OT Fit and Aerobic Fit classes. You will also receive a suggested meal plan and body fat analysis. With this option, you will get the most "bang for your buck".

PRIVATE and SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Get even more personalized attention with our Private and Semi Private Fit training options. You will receive individual or small group training based on your personal goals and needs. Each session will be designed specifically for you.

Normally I do not take the time to write a review about services or products; however an exception needs to be made. One year ago a best bud of mine asked me to try out a Fit Program at Over-Time Sports in Wayne. It was his way of telling me that I need to get myself into shape. It is now one year later and I am happy to say I have lost 42 pounds so far. I am in the best shape I have ever been in and feel incredible. I certainly will take some credit, but most has to go to Over-Time. This is not just a Fit Class but a place that becomes your second family.

My name is Heather..I am a 40 year old mother of three small children who has been diagnosed with Adult Cystic Fibrosis a chronic lung disease.

Exercise is a key component in maintaining my physical well being. For years I have bounced from gym to gym trying to navigate a quality atmosphere, yet always came away unfulfilled. It was not until I found my extended family at Overtime Sports Facility that I maximized my full potential both physically and mentally.

The staff at Overtime Sports are second to none in providing a harmonized balance between my fitness goals and the rigors of life. They offer great schedules and most importantly specific goal-oriented workout regiments.

My goal is to keep my lungs pumping hard (as per Doctors orders) and with the help of the very qualified trainers I am doing that everyday and feeling great! The trainers also give me that extra push that I often need. I am living proof that when you train with people who care about you and strive to make you the best..then failure is never an option.

Feeling tired, bored, sick of the same routine? I sure was…… then I was asked by a friend to check out OT Fit, a program offered by Overtime Sports Facility in Wayne, NJ.

I have been an OT Fit maniac for over a year now, and I cannot remember feeling better physically, as well as mentally than I have since joining. Sean (OT Sports owner) within the last year has brought some of the best trainers in the area to keep the classes energetic, as well as motivating. There are classes that get your heart racing, and there are classes that get your muscles pumping. That is the difference with this type of workout compared to your typical "day at the gym". The OT Fit classes are constantly changing so it doesn't get boring. Within the last year I have worked with free weights, ropes, weight machines, sandbags, sleds, and the ultimate heart racing, leg burning Prowlers, as well as other exercise tools of the trade that have had me sweating like crazy for over a year now! The hours that they offer work with just about anyone's schedule, and thank goodness because I work full time in NYC, have three kids, coach soccer, and DJ on the side, all that as well as everything else in life I have to deal with! Having a wide variety of hours is sure helpful!! Overall I cannot stress how much fun I have had while going to the OT Fit classes, although you may not see that on my face as I sweat through a prowler session, but knowing I am stronger, and feeling great is worth every minute of that classic "holy smokes I am gonna be hurting tomorrow" feeling! Don't let your life go by saying "someday….." , give OT Sports Fit classes a shot, what do you have to lose other than some extra weight, and that daily feeling of blah? :)

I just completed P90X in my basement and I was looking for something else that would give me a challenge. Timing is everything, because I just got an email from OT Sports that they were offering a Fit Program. I called up and they told me to come in a try it out for free. After the first free class I signed up that day.

The program is intense. They structured a semi-private personal trainer session. I compare it to part cross-fit, part circuit training, part insanity. They have gorilla ropes, weight sleds, and dumbbells up to 150.

I feel like I am in the best shape of my life. I have increased my stamina, and grown muscles that I couldn't through past home workouts. This is by far one of the best fitness facilities that I have ever been apart of. They have all different types of sports related equipment and the owners, Sean and Heather are great people.

I would definitely recommend this gym.
