COBRA LACROSSE TRAINING PROGRAMS:
SMALL GROUP SESSIONS
These sessions are set up for both boys and girls lacrosse. Each group session will be broken down and focus on the below skill sets. Available times are listed to accommodate schedule flexibility. All lacrosse programs are designed for the athlete anywhere from 6-21 years old.
•Focus on improving cradling and passing skills, scooping up ground balls, and shooting with greater accuracy and strength.

• The focus will be one on one offensive skills, such as dodges, ISO's, and face-offs.
• The focus will be on defensive checks and agilities.
• Focus on the offensive and defensive strategies and positioning of the game while playing a two man and a three man game.
GROUP DATES AND TIMES
Wednesdays: 5:30-8:30 pm
Saturdays and Sundays: All Day
These lessons are for athletes looking to take their game to the next level by having our instructor take them through various drills and skill sets. We offer 1 hour training sessions.
These sessions are for first time or beginner-level players. We will teach the basics of the game to get your child ready to tryout for their Rec. League team or school team for the Spring season. The classes are for both boys and girls lacrosse. All ages are welcome. All you need is a stick and gloves and a desire to learn how to play lacrosse!!
Schedule: Tuesdays 7:30-8:30pm
Session I: Jan 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th
Session II: Feb 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th
Session III: March 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th
