ULTIMATE ATHLETE

The Ultimate Athlete Program is the most comprehensive, individualized and results producing program available anywhere! This program is the cornerstone of KSTRENGTH Sports Training system. The program is designed for serious athletes only who are looking to make their dreams become a reality! This program requires a commitment of 3, 6 or 12 months on a finance plan which enables athletes to take advantage of more sessions, lower per month rates and In-Season Maintenance months at a reduced rate to maintain results and decrease the risk of injury!

PROGRAM INCLUDES:

Comprehensive Evaluation including: FREE!($80 value) Health history, Body composition, Postural analysis, Muscle strength, Balance and Flexibility tests, 40 yard dash with 10 yard split, 5-10-5 Pro Agility, Vertical jump, Penta-jump. The purpose of this evaluation is 3 fold:

* Gather a baseline of information

* Measure improvement over time

* Gather necessary information to identify the specific needs of each individual for proper program design

Personalized Progressive Strength Training Phases

* Our system is based on progressive phases of training starting at the general preparation phase to correct muscular and postural imbalances. Then the program gradually progresses towards more intense, advanced and sport specific workouts as the athlete's ability improves and the season approaches. To further break down each phase we undulate between intensity levels to cover a broader range of necessary physical qualities. By using this method of periodization every individual need has been addressed and peak performance is achieved!

Progressive Speed, Agility and Power Training Phases:

* The KSTRENGTH system of speed and agility development focuses on properly utilizing individual appropriate mechanical drills, plyometrics and muscle activation exercises in a sequential fashion designed to train the body's nervous system from the inside out. SPEED/AGILITY

Speed Class Documentary

For athletes looking to get faster, jump higher, improve change of direction and sports specific conditioning. The package consists of 8 semi-private training sessions per month. Each session is 1 hour long.

• Wednesdays @ 4 pm or 6 pm

• Fridays @ 4 pm or 6pm

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT TRAINING PROGRAM

The ages of 9-12 years old are one of THE most important time periods for a child's athletic development and coordination. Studies show that approximately 90% of a person's agility and coordination are developed before the age 12! This means that if proper movement patterns and balance are not adequately established by this age there is little room to improve upon agility and coordination thereafter.

To take maximal advantage of this critical time period in a young child's development K-Strength Sports Training has designed a special Athletic Development Program to maximize your child's athletic potential.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

The program consists of 8 training sessions per month. Each session is 1 hour in length and consists of:

• Proper Warm-up and Flexibility to reduce injury and improve performance

• Progressive Plyometric (jump) Training to improve balance, stability, reflexivity, power, speed and change of direction

• Proper running and movement training to enhance coordination, speed and agility

• Age appropriate body weight training to increase strength, speed and muscle coordination. Body Weight training is a safe alternative for athletes of this age to lay the foundation of strength and coordination and properly prepare them for weight training when they reach the appropriate age.

• Flexibility training to assure proper joint range of motion

• Nutrition Guide to improve body composition, health and performance

1. Improving first step quickness and acceleration so your athletes will be the first down the field to be open for a pass and score or the first back on defense to prevent a goal.

2. Improving lateral speed, deceleration and change of direction to rapidly and effortlessly move around the field making stellar defensive and offensive plays.

3. Improving shoulder, hip, wrist and core strength and flexibility which will transfer to increased shooting velocity, harder checks and better passing as well as, decreased risk of common lacrosse injuries!

3. Improving shoulder, hip, wrist and core strength and flexibility which will transfer to increased throwing velocity, better hitting and fielding abilities, as well as decreased risk of common baseball injuries!
