We, at OT Sports Performance Training, aim to not only develop athletic potential to enable our clients to be successful on the field, but to also build character and a sense of pride, which allows them to be successful in the game of life. Speed and strength alone are not enough as athletes need to learn how to compete. Athletes must be confident in their abilities and desire to be the best!
By teaching the fundamentals and instilling the combination of both tactical and strategic approaches, our athletes know exactly where to be on the field and in the game and are given the knowledge and tools to get there the fastest. OT Performance Center has the staff, flexibility, and facility to offer a wide array of customizable programs and services to individuals, semi-private groups, and whole teams.

HIGH SCHOOL & COLLEGE STRENGTH/SPEED/AGILITY PROGRAM
Ages: High School and College Age Athletes
About the Program:
OT Sports Training focuses on explosive drills to improve overall body strength, allowing quick explosive movements resulting in increased performance. Our Strength Program consists of 3 days: The Max Effort Upper Body focuses on obtaining the biggest strength gains; the Lower Body Strength emphasizes on increasing strength and stamina in the lower body; and a High Repetition Upper Body Lift which builds muscular endurance by training until an athlete's maximum repetition.
We offer 3 different categories for running: Speed focuses on maximum straight line speed without stopping or turning; Agility drills improve foot work and quickness while stopping, accelerating, and changing direction; and Conditioning running keeps our athletes in top shape during the offseason allowing them to sustain peak performance for extended periods of time, allowing them to outwork their opponents during the seasons.
7th /8th GRADE STRENGTH/SPEED/AGILITY PROGRAM
Ages: 7th and 8th Grade Athletes
About the Program:
Our newly designed program is age specific for athletes in the 12-14 year old age range and incorporates many of our methods used in our high school/college strength program. Athletes will get introduced to weight training and the correct form and technique of all types of lifts to increase strength while preventing injury during exercise. This program ensures our 7th and 8th grade athletes know the proper and safe techniques of lifting which gives them experience in a team training setting that their peers may not have.
YOUTH STRENGTH/SPEED/AGILITY PROGRAM
Ages: 7-11
About the Program:
Speed and strength training are crucial for youth athletes' further development. Our trainers focus on correct running form which develops speed. Our strength training is an age appropriate program tailored to the needs of a younger athlete without overtaxing their bodies. Youth athletes in our program will notice a positive change in their bodies and a significant improvement in their sport(s). Our trainers provide a mental workout through constant challenges and goal oriented tasks during every session while pushing them to perform at high levels when they are fatigued, building character and perseverance in addition to athletic performance.
