JUNE PRE SEASON TRAINING

During the month of June, Sideout Sports will be running an intense Pre-Season Volleyball clinic. This 12 session program runs on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. It is a must for all players who want to keep their skills sharp before the season begins. Players will be divided up to learn about their specific positions and work on advanced techniques. In addition, we will be helping with your in game strategies and techniques as well as conditioning to increase your vertical jump and speed on the court. This clinic will give you and your team an edge over the competition this upcoming season! Make sure you bring your teammates!

Ages: This clinic is a must for all 8th graders going out for the freshman team this fall.

GIRLS SKILLS CLINIC

In this clinic, trainers will take fundamental skills to the next step and introduce the defensive aspect of volleyball. It will focus on Passing to target, various types of Sets and placement, different types of Serves and placement, Hitting techniques, Defensive positioning, and Blocking. Only those who are comfortable with their fundamental skills should join this clinic.

Ages: 10-13 years old

BOYS SKILLS TRAINING

Our Skills Training is geared toward players who would like to keep their skills sharp during the off- season as well as enhance their level of play. This workshop will be broken down into 2 parts to each class. The first part is focused on various drills that will enhance the players skill set. The second part will be for game play where the player and trainer will concentrate on their specific position and strategies.

Ages: 12 years and up

OPEN HOUSE VOLLEYBALL

Open Volleyball will provide a chance for you and your friends to come on a pay-to-play basis. Come in and try it out! There are 2 Courts for 2 1/2 hours of pick-up games and drills.

It is also a must for all 8th graders going out for the Freshman team this fall. We will help develop your fundamental skills of volleyball and teach you how the game is properly played. In addition, we will have a new trainer working with us with volleyball credentials too long to list. As a four year varsity and Division Two college starter, she will be helping with your in game strategies and techniques as well as conditioning to increase your vertical jump and speed on the court. This clinic will give you and your team an edge over the competition this upcoming season! Bring your teammates!

GROUP/TEAM TRAINING

Team training is available for groups of 10 or more. Coming to train as a team is extremely beneficial for the player's growth, as it will allow trainers to focus on team tactics and strategies. This will help improve player's understandings of specific positions during a 1 ½ hr session.

   • Minimum of 10 athletes for team training

   •
Small Groups consist of 4 – 6 athletes

 

PRIVATE TRAINING

Athletes who want to either work on specific skills or just wants to improve in general, private lessons would be a great option! This would give them the most benefit and help them see the best results. It will allow trainers to focus in great detail on desired techniques and areas needed for improvement. All lessons are 1 hour in duration.
