SPEED AND AGILITY:  Finally!  A surprisingly simple approach to maximizing sprint and agility performance proven to develop faster athletes at every age and level of competition!  For the first time ever, KSTRENGTH sports’ training brings their cutting edge speed and agility techniques to you!

This clinic will run for 2 hours and will consist of:  

   • Dynamic warm-up/flexibility

   • Plyometric drills

   • Acceleration technique

   • Agility/movement drills

   • Total body conditioning

   • Cool down/stretching

    Time: 2 pm – 4 pm

    Ages:  9 & Up

    *Limited to only 20 athletes. All athletes will be divided up by their age and skill level.


    In this clinic you will learn:

    Why most athletes sprint incorrectly?

    1. Drills and exercises to improve balance and foot speed

    2. Drills to improve first step quickness

    3. Drills to improve power

    4. The proper technique that will enable you to stop on a dime and explode out in any direction

    ALL ATHLETES WILL RECEIVE A FREE STRETCHING PROGRAM! 

    *Athletes interested in furthering their training will be able to apply the cost of the camp towards a TOTAL ATHLETE PACKAGE with a minimum 3 MONTH commitment.
