MARK CUMMINGS
Director, Quarterback Coach
Over the past decade, coach Mark Cummings has taken his on field experiences as a player and a coach at both the high school and collegiate levels, and translated them into a QB training system that encompasses every aspect of the game both physically and mentally. His attention to detail has helped to mold players at every level, giving them the tools needed to be successful. The system is comprised of a series of tiered drills and techniques that enable a quarterback to expand on their strengths and build the weaknesses – transforming them to a complete quarterback that can compete at any level.
BEN CONTELLA
O-line/D-line, LB/RB specialist
Although Ben is dedicated, highly qualified and enjoys coaching lineman on both sides of the ball, Running Backs and Linebackers, he is the kind of coach that get great results for athletes at any position. As a player at the collegiate level, and a coach at the High School level for over 14 years, Ben brings the kind of expertise that helps players reach any and all goals on the football field. As a teacher for nearly 20 years, he encompasses the perfect understanding of how to communicate effectively to his players that generates quick results, and a better overall understanding of the game itself.
As a former teammate of Ben’s, Coach Mark Cummings says it best, “I am pretty picky about the coaches that coach or train my own children. When it comes to Ben, there is no hesitation. I would know he would the kind of coach they would need to learn and excel, without question.”
DOUG ARONSON
O-line/D-line specialist
After graduation, Doug played with the Cincinati Bengals, Cleveland Browns, San Francisco 49ers and Philadelphia Eagles in the NFL. Shortly thereafter, Doug played a few years in the World League where he was a captain on the Orlando Thunder.
After his professional career had ended, Doug coached at the collegiate level for several years, and currently has been coaching at the high school level for 7 years. Doug has always enjoyed coaching, but really loves the impact he has teaching the skills and techniques training in small group sessions. Football has always been a part of Doug’s life, and as an experienced professional, he understands that training at any position is a life long process. It is with this attitude, that Doug has found himself teaching former Rutgers Lineman Chenry Lewis, and current NFL draftee Greg Dander from West Virginia University.
Coach Doug Aronson played his collegiate football at San Diego State where he earned All WACC honors twice, was an A.P. All –American his junior year and 3rd team AP All-American his senior year.
STEVE SIMONETTI

During his 19 years as head coach, his teams won several league championships, qualified for the state tournament numerous times, and his teams were always prepared for their opponents. During his time as head coach, he assisted over fifty of his players in moving on to play college football at various levels. He spent this past season coaching junior league football in Wayne.
Coach Simonetti brings the same intensity to training that he brought to his football program. If you are willing to put the work in, your skills and reactions as a linebacker and football player will improve.
