STRENGTH TRAINING
For athletes looking to improve strength, power, body composition, muscular enduranceand injury prevention

SPEED/AGILITY
For athletes looking to work on specific aspects of speed development,agility and conditioning:
- 1 hour session in groups of 3 – 5

For athletes looking to maximally improve their performance. This package is a combination of both strength training and speed training. This package allows us to design the strength and speed training days to achieve maximal performance enhancement.

STRONGEST ATHELTE TRAINING
Strongman training is a great way to transfer all of your hard work in the gym to real life functional situations on the field!
THAT MEANS TRAINING STARTS NOW!

Each session will start at 3pm and will fun approximately 1 ½ hours.

Sessions will consist of a dynamic warm-up and flexibility session followed by 4 events that run in a mini competition format.

Participants will be divided up into groups based on age.

All events are based on time and the weights will be determined according to participants.
