THE EVALUATION

The evaluation is mandatory before starting any program. The evaluation is necessary to:

  • Gather a baseline of information

  • Measure improvement overtime

  • Gather necessary information to identify the specific needs of each individual for proper program design.

Evaluation consists of:

  • Health History

  • Postural analysis

  • Muscle strength and flexibility tests

  • Body Composition

  • 40 yard dash with 10 yard split

  • 5-10-5 pro agility

  • Vertical Jump

  • 5 step bound

STRENGTH TRAINING

For athletes looking to improve strength, power, body composition, muscular endurance
and injury prevention
  • 1 hour session In groups of 2 – 3

  • Package of 12 or 24 sessions

  • 7 days a week by reservation

 

SPEED/AGILITY

For athletes looking to work on specific aspects of speed development,
agility and conditioning:
  • 1 hour session in groups of 3 – 5
  • Package of 8, 12, and 20 sessions are available

Days & Times for Speed Classes:

Intermediate/Advanced

  • Wednesdays @ 4 pm & 6 pm

  • Fridays @ 4 pm & 6pm 

  • Saturdays @ 11 am & 1 pm

Beginner

  • Wednesdays @ 5 pm

  • Fridays @ 5 pm

  • Saturdays @ 12 pm

For athletes looking to maximally improve their performance. This package is a combination of both strength training and speed training. This package allows us to design the strength and speed training days to achieve maximal performance enhancement.

STRONGEST ATHELTE TRAINING

Pay as you go for this hard core training/conditioning experience.

  • Saturdays from 12 pm. – 2 pm.

COMBINE PREPARATION

A specialty package designed for high school athletes looking to train for
college combines and camps.

 

IN SEASON MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

The Problem:  One of the biggest problems with athletes is that they train the hardest during the off season and then do nothing to maintain their gains in strength and speed during the in season! What’s the point of arriving to the season in peak shape and losing 80-90% of your hard earned gains by the mid-season?
