BASIC BEGINNER VOLLEYBALL
Our Basic Beginner Volleyball program is designed to help your child to learn the basic fundamental skills needed to begin playing volleyball. They will be taught all aspects of the game, including passing, setting, serving, and hitting. This clinic meets once a week for 6 weeks.

HITTING AND SERVING CLINIC
The hitting and serving clinic is a specific training program that goes over, in detail, the mechanics of the volleyball swing and is geared toward the experienced player looking to improve those two aspects of the game. We will also be going over different types of serving and hitting, and teaching the players techniques that make them more aware as an attacker. This clinic will run once a week for 6 weeks.

DEFENSIVE CLINIC
Our defensive clinic is a specific training program that will go over all defensive aspects of the game. We will teach various digging techniques, blocking, serve-receive and is geared toward the experienced player that is looking to improve in these areas. This clinic will make players more aware and prepared on the court and improve overall defense. Our program will run once a week for 6 weeks.

OPEN VOLLEYBALL
Open Volleyball will provide a chance for you and your friends to come on a pay-to-play basis. Come in and try it out! There are 2 Courts for 3 hours of pick-up games and drills.
Schedule:
Saturdays @ 1 – 3pm
Wednesdays @ 6 – 9 pm *Starts September 8th
GROUP/TEAM TRAINING
Team training is available for groups of 10 or more. Coming to train as a team is extremely beneficial for the player’s growth, as it will allow trainers to focus on team tactics and strategies. This will help improve player’s understandings of specific positions.
• Minimum of 10 athletes for team training
• Small Groups consist of 4 – 6 athletes
PRIVATE TRAINING
Athletes who want to either work on specific skills or just wants to improve in general, private lessons would be a great option! This would give them the most benefit and help them see the best results. It will allow trainers to focus in great detail on desired techniques and areas needed for improvement.
